The pepper is delicious for baking or grilling with some sea salt and olive oil. Bake or grill the Padron peppers in a pan or oven with oil until the peppers blacken and shrivel, about 5 minutes in a pan over medium heat and 15-20 minutes in the oven (175 degrees).
